This route is a circular ride from one of Ronda's historic neighbourhoods to the town of Setenil de las Bodegas (officially one of Spain's most beautiful towns)

The first half of the ride will contain the ascents and descents and the second half is mostly a flat route back to Ronda.

You will start by cycling old cobbled streets down below the famous Puente Nuevo bridge in Ronda where a viewpoint will show it from its most glorious angle. From here you will ride up the other side of the valley and then descend once more out of Ronda.

From KM 5, you will start your toughest ascent of the route but as you climb you will ride on paved roads past olive trees, vineyards and oak forests.

After the climb, you will cycle along undulating unpaved tracks through the countryside before a descent into Setenil de las Bodegas. Once in Setenil, you have the perfect chance to stop for a drink before you head back to Ronda.

The second half of the route involves ascending out of Setenil before taking gravel tracks and back roads to Ronda.
