Day Trips: If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain or extreme winds), we offer a full refund or a reschedule to a different date.
Multi-day Tours: Because these involve pre-booked hotels and complex logistics, the policy is different. In the event of poor weather, we refer to our Terms & Conditions or your specific Tour Notes. We will always work to adjust the itinerary for safety, but refunds for multi-day trips are subject to the specific cancellation windows of our partner hotels.
