Rental agreement
When renting a bicycle from us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver when collecting the bicycles.
Clients must fill out the form correctly and honestly by providing contact details, signature(s) and agree to full responsibility for damage to the bicycles and their accessories, themselves and third parties and their property, including stolen bicycles and their accessories.
Clients must provide valid photo identification of either a Passport or National Identity Card (Driving Licences do count as official personal identification documentation in Spain).
Payment must be made in advance using our accepted payment methods including a 50€ security deposit which is also required in advance.
Bicycles must be kept with the clients at all times and not left unattended (except multi-day rentals who shall refer to the accommodation terms and conditions listed above).
Clients agree to use the bicycles for their intended purpose only and to wear a helmet (either their own or a helmet provided free of charge by White Village Tours for use during your activity.
Clients also agree to Spanish road safety laws and regulations.
If bicycles are returned damaged beyond fair wear and tear then the clients agree to pay the cost of replacement parts and accessories. The cost will be subtracted from the deposit paid in advance and any cost beyond the deposit amount will also be the responsibility of the customers.
Adolescents under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them with signed permission from their parents or guardians, guaranteeing civil and financial responsibility.
