Your data is shared only when necessary for the service or by law:
Public Authorities: We are legally required to transmit traveller data to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes) for security purposes.
OTAs: If you booked via Viator or GetYourGuide, they share your data with us to fulfil the booking.
Service Providers: Stripe (Payments), PayPal (Payments), Kit.com (Newsletter), and Google (Analytics). Some of these providers are located in the US and are subject to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Traveller Registry (RD 933/2021): We are legally required to keep these records for 3 years.
Tax/Accounting: We keep invoice data for 10 years as required by Spanish commercial law.
Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
We allow bookings for children under 14 years of age. In accordance with Spanish law, the processing of data for minors under 14 is based on the consent and verification provided by the accompanying parent or legal guardian. We are required to record the relationship (e.g., "Parent") between the minor and the adult traveller for the official traveller registry
