2. Information We Collect

We only collect the data necessary to provide our services and comply with Spanish law.

• Booking Data: Name, email, phone number, and address.

• Legal Registration Data (RD 933/2021): Passport/ID details, gender, nationality, date of birth, and the relationship between travelers (mandatory for groups with minors).

• Payment Information: We process payments via Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; these are handled by the payment processors.

• Technical Data: IP address and browsing behaviour via Google Analytics.

• Newsletter: Email address and name provided via Kit.com.

Note: We do not collect or process sensitive health data or medical records.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Marketing: Sending our monthly newsletter. Consent: Your explicit opt-in via our website/Kit.com.

Site Improvement: Analysing how visitors use our site. Consent: Via our Cookie banner (Google Analytics).

4. Data Recipients (Third Parties)

Your data is shared only when necessary for the service or by law:

• Public Authorities: We are legally required to transmit traveller data to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes) for security purposes.

• OTAs: If you booked via Viator or GetYourGuide, they share your data with us to fulfil the booking.

• Service Providers: Stripe (Payments), PayPal (Payments), Kit.com (Newsletter), and Google (Analytics). Some of these providers are located in the US and are subject to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data Retention

• Traveller Registry (RD 933/2021): We are legally required to keep these records for 3 years.

• Tax/Accounting: We keep invoice data for 10 years as required by Spanish commercial law.

• Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

6. Minors

We allow bookings for children under 14 years of age. In accordance with Spanish law, the processing of data for minors under 14 is based on the consent and verification provided by the accompanying parent or legal guardian. We are required to record the relationship (e.g., "Parent") between the minor and the adult traveller for the official traveller registry 

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data.

• Object to processing or request limitation of processing.

• Withdraw consent at any time (for the newsletter).
